In your body, the physical axis is your spine. The frequential axis or spiritual nadi known as Shushuma and links Heaven and Earth, moves through you spine.
As recommended at the start of any meditative practice, gather yourself, anchor your full self, soul, higher self, monad into your physical structure.
You can feel, follow, observe on others, the wobbling of the body and spine, the alignment taking place.
Consciously align yourself with the download of frequencies, specifically today with the divine compass, as indicated and manifested by the position of the lunar nodes, in the Aries-Libra nodal axis. North node, south nodes.
Feel the energies flowing from the Earth, thru the first chakra, the spine and then crossing the 7 center to reach what we call Heaven.

You are now grounding and anchoring yourself into the realm of manifestation.
