We have reviewed the lunar nodes axis in the last post.
2 points in space created by the intersection of the moon orbit and the ecliptic (sun’s apparent path). North and South Nodes are at 180 degrees-opposite from each other and more retrograde in the zodiac (clock wise).
Eclipses are happening when the moon and sun meet within 18 deg of the nodes.
I would recommend a little revision of your personal connection with the lunar nodes. It is said that the natal nodal axis answers the question: ‘why am I here.’ As a Sagittarian mind and through direct experience, I would expand the vision to the grand-total of who you are, as essence and with a specific blueprint/function within the Cosmic Body. June 5th, lunar eclipse, Saros 111, that started in 830.
Close to the present, were part of the 111 Saros: lunar eclipses of May 1984, May 2002. Half Saros was June 2011. Again, check what was happening in your life around these dates to know what you are reviewing, completing.

However, reading this page, it looks like there is a scent of power struggle between the byzantine empire and the Muslim (?) power in North Africa. The Arab Spring started with the self-immolation of Mohammed Bouazizi in December 2010 and the ousting of Ben Ali in January 2011. It was an incentive for many other countries. The eclipse takes place at 15 degrees Sagittarius, thus ruled by Jupiter. The Moon takes jupiterian qualities of expansiveness, optimism, faith.
This degree is remarkable as standing in line with the Great Attractor. This is a notion that we discovered in the recent years. Little is known about its impact on our human brains and existence.

Soleil conjoint Venus in the middle of Gemini, 15 deg square Mars, itself almost conjunct Nrpytune in Pisces.
The main configuration is then the T square Moon/Sun-Venus/Mars-Neptune
Until 12-13 of june, when Mars-Neptune and the Moon will be conjunct. This meeting has been in preparation, intensifying slowly and allowing the Moon energy to concretize the Mars impact.
Will you chase and manifest your dreams or be completely unrealistic, rushing into unreal projects or ideas (Neptune, water)?
Or as Jupiter and Neptune are still working together, will you allow your higher self to take over?
It can also been interpreted as looking for or using your ideal (Neptune) to act (Mars)
The Gemini character looks for contacts, exchanges with others. Traditionally, Venus personifies love; combined with the Sun, this aspect illustrates our sudden need to get out of the lockdown, to mingle, to express our natural need for relationship and love. In Gemini, we want to explore our neighborhood, close territory (compared to Sagittarius, international and long travel). Yet, Venus retrograde re-peat, re-assess, re-turn to old relationships. Do not rush into old stories.
Opposite to the moon in eclipse, and square to Mars, our efforts to enjoy life (Venus-Sun) might not be very so rewarding.
Medically speaking, the moon is a health indicator. Square to Neptune, next to Mars. This could be the virus still weakening the immune system.
Then on the next eclipse, June 21st, sun+moon conjunct at exactly 150 of Saturn Retrograde, yet in good terms with Neptune. These transits might indicate a choice, the weakening or re-activation of the virus according to our collective behavior. Compare with fixed stars below.
I was reminded of one principle in astrology by Charlotte, a French astrologer (See video below): the ruler of the eclipse is Jupiter, because the ruler of Sagittarius is Jupiter.
Although in good aspects with Neptune, Jupiter is in the retrograde pack, in Capricorn, with Saturn and Pluto. The governing bodies are tightening their power over the population.
We then have to produce some efforts -Mars- and use our brains (Mercury, ruler of Gemini where the Sun/Venus are), to focus on the right goal: develop the highest aspects of Neptune: intuition, higher spirituality, compassion.
No-brain, no-faith rushed energies would result in confused intuition and set of actions.
If Covid and the impact on our immune system have anything to do with our higher spiritual awareness (Both Neptune) and dedication, then we have the answer. Do we want to be at the mercy of unreliable and power-hungry ruler or take charge of your destiny? Whether or not we have a choice in the material world, the soul and the heart can still decide what they want to focus and aspire to.
