URANUS IN THE AQUARIUS, May 2018
Uranus, the mover and shaker, has been in the Aries for 7 years. The Ram is the symbol of the first zodiacal sign, where the soul discovers life, in its rough, brutal rushing expression and wonders: who am I? Then, the soul experiences many situations and evolves to the point of meeting the Divine Presence and discovers the I Am.
Aries is the will, a will power that has to evolve from the will to incarnate to the capacity to serve willingly God and others. Along the way, men have discovered power in the body. During the last seven years, they were concerns about a global armed conflict. Until now, although many have perished through battles, mankind in general has faced the challenge at a different level: assisted by Jupiter in the Scorpio, instead of a nuclear war, Earthlings have been digging through the group subconscious mind.
The last years revealed the state of human consciousness, the mistakes that we have made since the discovery of ego and power. Instead of brutally killing each other, men have been collectively questioning and challenging institutions, social systems, political and power abuse of any kind to re-consider the structures of our societies. For a certain group of Earth leaders, entertaining high level of drama is necessary to remove hope and the assumption that the change is actually taking place. Focusing on horrors keep the average consciousness, increases discouragement, while we are actually IN THE WORMWHOLE. A few days later, I met one of our readers who has ongoing contacts with organizations providing assistance in the refugees camps”¦ an actual direct proof that both phenomena seem to happen concomitantly.
The same scenario occurred decades ago around Israel. In the 70s and in Europe, amongst the spiritual community, it was whispered that, in the middle east and the Israelo-Arab conflict, holographic technology was used to keep the war going. This information was always confirmed as accurate by My Higher Self.

The Pleiades are located in the Taurus Constellation. As they are the Rishis’ wives, they bring in the Taurus the feminine energy of the Womb, the receptacle for the creative intent, matter, the ground. It then rules material possession, properties, the sense of comfort and security, finances and banking, taxes.
The Taurus is famous for his love of home (casanier) and immobility. He does not like changes, where Uranus is the stormy agent of change. Look what the US government pays for surveys: “The State Department spent around $12 million on private consultants to help shepherd the agency through former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s much-touted “redesign,” according to documents obtained by Politico.
In some cases, the consultants charged the department more than $300 an hour, Politico reported Tuesday. Most of the money went to Deloitte as part of a pre-existing federal contract, the news outlet added.
The value of that contract was raised to $265 million from nearly $140 million, according to Politico. While contract ceilings are often not reached, the move offers an insight into the grand ambitions of Tillerson’s proposed overhaul of the department.
Another firm, Insigniam, was hired to survey the State Department’s employees around the world about what changes they wanted to see at the agency. According to one document obtained by Politico, the spending on that survey was pegged at $850,000, in addition to travel expenses. Other reports, however, have pegged the cost at more than $1 million.
With Tillerson’s abrupt firing by President Trump last month, the fate of the redesign now appears uncertain.”
